Maros Mozola

Maros has 20+ years experience in international business working for Software and SaaS companies from Slovakia, India, Russia and the US.

Educated in Slovakia at the Slovak University of Technology he graduated in automation and computer science.

After university he moved into sales in custom software development and eventually to international sales. In his first international sales experience he has built the international distribution network for ESET from 15 to 180 countries in 5 years and increased the international sales 50 times. In this time ESET has become the largest software company in Slovakia.

Then he moved to help an Indian company in the cyber security space to start their international business. In 3 years he opened 25 countries for them.

Subsequently he helped to build a sales team for a number of companies from Russia, India and Canada.

Recently he has helped Slido to enter Enterprise and Partner sales. Then grew and mentored their sales organizations. When Cisco acquired Slido he moved on to help a Slovak start-up Simplicity to build its sales team in the US.

His capabilities were well exemplified in the establishment of ESET ASIA&Pacific Headquarters in Singapore with full operational authority and oversight of global expansion strategy implementation. He also was the main driver in restructuring of Exponea’s global sales, operations, and marketing strategy including all aspects of execution. In addition to the above Marwan helped several Slovak & Czech from early startups to exist.

Marwan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the City University of Seattle, He is fluent in Arabic, English, and Slovak languages.
